Junior Talent Manager - Fashion & Beauty

Location: Central, London | Hybrid

Salary: £35,000

Our client is seeking a Junior Talent Manager to support and manage a roster of fashion, beauty, and lifestyle creators. This role is ideal for someone who already has hands-on experience with talent, campaigns, or influencer partnerships and is ready to take ownership of client relationships and day-to-day management.

What you will be working on? - Responsibilities

  • Serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned creators, managing communications, campaign planning, and overall workflow
  • Actively support talent with content scheduling, brand deliverables, and strategic planning
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with creators, offering guidance on brand alignment, audience development, and monetization
  • Lead coordination of brand partnerships, including reviewing briefs, negotiating deliverables, and overseeing timelines
  • Liaise between clients, brand teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of partnerships
  • Draft and manage contracts, invoices, and campaign paperwork in coordination with internal legal or finance teams

Requirements

  • 1.5+ years experience within talent management - working with digital creators
  • Confident communicator with the ability to manage relationships across talent, brands, and platforms
  • Direct experience managing brand partnerships and handling contractual agreements in a talent-facing or agency role
  • Deep knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest) and current trends in fashion, beauty, and lifestyle
