We’re looking for a motivated and creativeJunior Influencer Talent Agentto join our growing team. This 3-monthfull-time freelance rolehas the potential to become a permanent position for the right person. You’ll play a key role inidentifying, recruiting, and managing influencersfor brand campaigns, while supporting creator career growth and ensuring smooth campaign delivery.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone passionate about the creator economy, commercially minded, and eager to take ownership of talent relationships from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing & Relationship Management

• Identify and onboard content creators that align with our agency vision and client campaigns
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with influencers
• Act as the go-to contact for talent, ensuring smooth communication with brands and agencies

Campaign Management

• Support and manage influencer campaigns from brief to completion
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, approvals, and payments
• Maintain accurate campaign trackers and project documents
• Provide administrative and logistical support for creators, including calendar management
• Negotiate influencer deals and contracts in line with campaign goals and budgets
• Draft and send outreach emails to brands and agencies on behalf of talent
• Assist with pitch decks, rate cards, and commercial proposals
• Begin managing a small portfolio of creators with clear income targets

Industry Insight & Internal Contribution

• Stay ahead of platform trends, creator economy news, and campaign best practices
• Contribute to internal process improvements and team knowledge sharing
• Participate in team meetings, sharing weekly progress updates

Who we're looking for:

• Experience: Ideally 1 year in influencer marketing, talent management, or a related role (e.g., Influencer Assistant, Junior Talent Manager, Influencer Executive)
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and influencer rates and contracts
• Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, organisation, and relationship-building abilities
• Commercial Awareness: Ability to spot brand opportunities and negotiate effectively
• Proactive Mindset: Self-starter with a creative, problem-solving approach and ability to juggle multiple projects
