Job description

Don't be alarmed if there are other stages in the process; it's all part of the plan for some of our roles.

You'll need to demonstrate the core skills this role requires. You don't have to tick all the boxes right away; the important thing is your willingness to learn. Here's what the team will be looking for:

  • Strong curiosity for technology, systems, and how things operate, coupled with a passion for continuous learning, especially concerning Salesforce.
  • A logical approach to tasks and problem-solving is crucial, along with a keen eye for accuracy and detail, particularly when working with data.
  • 'Can-do' attitude and strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively contribute to a supportive team.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, along with the ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and stay organized.
  • While not strictly required, a basic understanding of Microsoft Office (especially Excel), data structures/databases, and familiarity with Salesforce Trailhead (ideally with some beginner Admin modules completed) would be beneficial.
  • Attitude is equally important. We want people who think big (to make an impact), ask why (to find a better way), and show respect (to everyone, at every level, all the time). These are our values, exemplified by our leadership team, and they're a big part of what we're looking for in you.

At GWI, we're always looking for extraordinary people who thrive on making an extraordinary impact. Currently, we're seeking a Junior System Administrator to play a key role in our Business Operations team in London.

If you're someone who is motivated by making a difference, keep reading. This could be the start of something extraordinary.

As our Junior System Administrator, you'll help maintain, improve, and support the Salesforce platform that underpins many of GWI's key processes. You'll be part of a collaborative team of admins, trained and mentored on the job, gaining experience across system configuration, data management, user support, and process improvement. This is a great opportunity to kick-start your Salesforce career while making a real impact in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Flexibility, comfort with continuous change, and working in a high-tempo environment are essential as we grow.

GWI is modernized consumer research; global, on-demand, and accessible to everyone, not just data experts. Our platform provides insights into consumers' values, purchase journeys, media usage, and social media habits, representing nearly 3 billion people across 52+ countries. Since launching in 2009, we've grown steadily, and to maintain this growth, we need more extraordinary people.

What's in it for you? You'll do meaningful work, not just as a cog in a machine but as an individual whose contribution matters. Benefits include:

  • 25 days annual leave, Xmas office closures
  • Health cash plan, 4% pension plan matching
  • Flexitime, early Friday finishes, work-from-anywhere options
  • Family-focused flexibility: Carer days, parental leave, health cash plan for family
  • Accredited learning programs, mental and physical health initiatives, reward and recognition, career development
  • Community engagement: DE&I committee, volunteer options, donation matching, payroll giving

All this makes GWI a friendly, fulfilling place to work.
