Job description

Job Title: Junior IT Support Engineer

Company: Well-established Fintech

Contract Details: Initial 3 months, Inside IR35

Job Role:
  1. Assist the IT Operations team and provide additional office support.
  2. Help users returning to the office with basic desk setup and troubleshooting.
  3. Handle walk-in support requests requiring physical presence.
  4. Log all work completed via the ticketing system.
  5. Assist with basic Helpdesk tickets.

Note: This role requires onsite work at the client's London office. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 18:00.
