Job Description

We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Junior Supply Chain Administrator to play a key role in keeping our supply chain and logistics operations running smoothly. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone eager to launch a career in supply chain management. You'll be involved in coordinating procurement, managing inventory, supporting logistics, and communicating with suppliers to ensure everything flows efficiently from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with order processing, including purchase and sales order entry.
  • Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Communicate with suppliers and vendors regarding delivery schedules, costs and order confirmations.
  • Identify and report supply issues or discrepancies for resolution.
  • Help prepare shipping documents, invoices, and customs paperwork.
  • Support internal departments with supply-related inquiries and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and support cycle counting processes.
  • Update and maintain ERP systems with current supply chain data.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required to support the supply chain team.

You should have:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a logistics or administrative role ( or 1–2 years ).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

It would be great if you have:

  • Knowledge of supply chain or logistics principles.
  • Experience with systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
  • Familiarity with international shipping and customs processes.
  • A passion for/experience in Themed Entertainment, Cruise/Hospitality and Immersive Experiences.
