THE ROLE

As our company expands, we have an exciting opportunity for a keen and energetic Junior Sub Assembly Technician to kick start their career in motorsport and join our ever-growing team. The role will cover workload on a range of our projects and products.

The role responsibilities include:

• Assembling competition car component parts into sub-assemblies; including pedal boxes, brake systems, uprights, and suspension components.

• Rebuilding and servicing assemblies between events.

• Assisting with fault diagnostics and analysis.

• Rebuilding assemblies, logging usage, and maintaining spares for event teams.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a self-motivated team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.

You should be educated to a technician level, with a basic understanding of motor vehicles and their systems. A basic knowledge and understanding of engineering principles is also required.

You should pride yourself on your attention to detail and be capable of delivering a high standard of performance and quality whilst working to strict deadlines in a time-sensitive environment.

You should have good communication skills, and the ability to communicate effectively to all team members.

You should share our determination to deliver a winning performance for the very best results.
