Job summary

Enable Strategic Consulting is seeking a Junior Consultant - Strategy & Growth in Milton Keynes. It’s a hybrid, full-time role with 37.5 hours weekly, offering UK client travel and a fixed-term 18-month contract with potential permanent hire.

The role combines analytical thinking with client delivery, supporting Position to Win strategies and pricing work across competitions. Emphasis on commercial judgment and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• UK-based with residency eligibility to obtain BPSS and UK SC for client work.
• Right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
• Willingness to travel to UK client sites and collaborate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop Position to Win strategies across major competitions.
• Research markets, customers and competitors and turn insight into recommendations.
• Develop competitive analytics and customer insight for bids and growth.
• Build pricing models and scenarios with assumptions.
• Assess price, quality and priorities to inform outcomes.
• Contribute to workshops, client discovery and strategy discussions.
• Challenge assumptions and ensure evidence-based recommendations.
