Job summary

L.E.K. Consulting, a premier global strategy firm, is looking for an Associate (entry level) in London.

You will gain exposure to multiple industry sectors and tackle a variety of commercial challenges in a collaborative setting, with increasing responsibility and leadership development. You will conduct market and competitor research, perform strategic and financial analyses, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for clients.

Qualifications

• We are currently seeking exceptional and committed individuals with the ability to solve complex problems in a creative way. Along with a varied combination of attributes, we would expect you to be working at 2:1 or above in your degree.
• We are looking for a sense of intellectual curiosity that will inspire you to develop a deep understanding of any client situation, and to generate innovative answers to complex questions. We want people with the ability to think in logical, structured ways, together with the creativity to look beyond the obvious.

Responsibilities

• Conducting primary and secondary research on markets, competitors, and customers
• Performing rigorous strategic and financial analyses, using leading-edge software and techniques, to develop deep understanding of commercial issues
• Collaborating with team members to identify trends, draw conclusions, develop insights andtransform thoseinsights into actionable recommendations for the client
• Making L.E.K. an enjoyable and rewarding place to work by coaching colleagues and transferring skills, offering constructive advice, and contributing to a welcoming and friendly office culture
