Job summary

L.E.K. Consulting seeks exceptional individuals to join its Life Sciences practice as Associates. You will conduct research, perform analyses, and translate insights into client recommendations with a senior team guiding your development.

The Associate role includes a two-week orientation, ongoing monthly training, and a clear path to the Consultant role without requiring an MBA. International exposure and a collaborative culture support your growth.

Qualifications

Backgrounds in biosciences, medicine, biotechnologies and interest in economics/business strategy.
Degree at 2:1 or above.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Willingness to learn; no prior technical skills required.

Responsibilities

Conduct market, competitor and customer research.
Perform strategic and financial analyses using leading tools.
Collaborate to apply scientific and medical expertise to client issues.
Coach colleagues and contribute to an inclusive office culture.
Launch-pad for your career with orientation and ongoing training to progress to Consultant.
