Job summary

Sunglass Hut, inside John Lewis, is seeking a Junior Store Manager to take ownership of the concession. You will lead the team, drive great customer experiences and deliver results with energy and style.

You’ll recruit and coach a strong store squad, drive selling and KPI performance, and embody the Sunglass Hut culture while advancing development opportunities across EssilorLuxottica.
