Job summary

Sunglass Hut is seeking an Assistant Manager in Birmingham to lead a store team and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will drive sales, coach staff, and maintain smooth daily operations in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will recruit and develop talent, foster a positive, energetic culture, and support the Store Manager as needed. The role rewards performance with competitive pay, commissions, and career progression.
