Staffing Coordinator

Location: Hybrid (2 / 3 days in the office, Tewkesbury)

native has been building for 10 years, but we're still very much a startup: fast-moving, ambitious, and building with intent. We're creating the infrastructure that connects students, Students’ Unions, universities, and advertisers through a managed marketplace.

Our goal is to deliver for students by increasing student engagement while enabling Students’ Unions to secure sustainable funding. For advertisers, we offer meaningful, measurable routes to student audiences. The more aligned these incentives are, the more defensible and scalable our business becomes.

The Opportunity

Are you excited by people, events, and problem-solving? We’re hiring a Staffing Coordinator to help power the delivery of standout campaigns on Campus. This is a great entry-level role for someone who wants to grow in experiential marketing or recruitment.

What You’ll Be Working On

As a Staffing Coordinator, you’ll support the smooth running of our campaigns by helping to organise and communicate with our event staff. You’ll assist the wider staffing team with recruitment, scheduling, and admin to ensure everything is in place for successful delivery. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting job listings, application reviews, and candidate comms.
  • Scheduling interviews and assisting with onboarding logistics.
  • Maintaining staff records and timesheets.
  • Responding to staff queries and preparing event briefings.
  • Assisting the wider Staffing team on large-scale hiring pushes.
  • Helping document staffing processes and reporting.
