About the Role:
We are looking for a talented Junior Sous Chef. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in a fast-paced, high-standard kitchen and a minimum of two years in a similar environment.
Responsibilities
- Execute dishes to precise menu specifications, ensuring allergen compliance and exceeding customer expectations.
- Develop and execute seasonal specials that align with our culinary vision.
- Maintain an immaculate kitchen, adhering to Health & Safety and HACCP guidelines.
- Contribute creative ideas for our 2 AA Rosette menu.
- Oversee kitchen operations in the Head Chef’s absence.
- Present a smart, professional appearance and demonstrate reliability.
- Mentor and support junior chefs, fostering their growth and development.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar environment
- At least 2 years in a fast-paced, high-standard kitchen
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and hygiene regulations
- A passion for culinary excellence and team leadership
