We are looking for a talented Junior Sous Chef. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in a fast-paced, high-standard kitchen and a minimum of two years in a similar environment.

Responsibilities
  • Execute dishes to precise menu specifications, ensuring allergen compliance and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Develop and execute seasonal specials that align with our culinary vision.
  • Maintain an immaculate kitchen, adhering to Health & Safety and HACCP guidelines.
  • Contribute creative ideas for our 2 AA Rosette menu.
  • Oversee kitchen operations in the Head Chef’s absence.
  • Present a smart, professional appearance and demonstrate reliability.
  • Mentor and support junior chefs, fostering their growth and development.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar environment
