COREcruitment Ltd is partnering with a growing premium casual restaurant group in Central London to recruit a Junior Sous Chef. In this busy fresh-food kitchen you will support a brigade of 15-20 chefs and help run the kitchen in the Sous Chef's absence.

You will gain a clear path to Sous Chef with 3 months of structured training and ongoing progression as the group opens new sites. The role offers a 45-hour contract and a supportive, inclusive working environment.

A Junior Sous Chef role in a busy fresh-food kitchen with a clear path to Sous Chef.

COREcruitment is partnering with a growing premium casual restaurant group in Central London on the search for a Junior Sous Chef. This multi-site business has further openings planned, giving the right Junior Sous Chef a genuine chance to build leadership skills and progress.

The Junior Sous Chef role

• Support the Sous Chef in leading a brigade of 15-20 chefs
• Run the kitchen in the Sous Chef's absence
• Manage ordering, stock control, rotas and food safety
• Train and develop the brigade, including Chefs de Partie
• 160-200 covers on a busy weekend, with all food prepared fresh on site
