Salary: Up to £33,000 plus TRONC & Tips
Work schedule: 5 days out of 7

My client is a passionate quality operator with a stunning portfolio of gastro pub/restaurant operations and is looking for a Junior Sous Chef OR Senior Chef de Partie to work as part of a busy successful kitchen team with quality fresh produce.
The company has won awards for their food, service & training and serves an array of dishes using locally sourced meat, fish & vegetable produce.
Due to promotion and increased business, we are seeking a Junior Sous Chef to help support the running of a busy kitchen, ensuring that dishes are presented to the highest standards and are served in a timely manner.

Salary Package: The starting salary is up to £33,000 depending on experience as well as TRONC, Tips, incentive trips, training & progression.
