Wright Brothers Covent Garden is seeking a passionate Junior Sous Chef to join our opening kitchen. You will work closely with the Head Chef to deliver exceptional seafood dishes and maintain high standards from day one.

Ideal candidates bring seafood enthusiasm, strong leadership, and a hands-on approach to supporting service, quality, and teamwork in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Junior Sous Chef or Chef de Partie ready to step up.
• Passion for seafood and quality ingredients.
• Proven ability to lead and develop junior chefs.

Responsabilités

• Support Head Chef and Sous Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations.
• Lead sections and coordinate service with high standards.
• Prepare and cook seafood and seasonal ingredients with care.
• Coach junior chefs and maintain hygiene and safety standards.
• Assist with stock control, portions and waste reduction.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative kitchen culture.
