We have an exceptional opportunity to join our Lanesborough Grill team as a Junior Sous Chef.

Located near Hyde Park and close to Harrods, Harvey Nichols, and London's luxury shopping districts, this grand hotel features 93 luxurious suites and bedrooms, modern British dining, a vibrant bar, and a spa.

Candidate Profile

As Junior Sous Chef, you should be creative, willing to experiment with flavors, and have a strong background in fine dining or Michelin-starred restaurants. You should promote teamwork and lead colleagues to reach their full potential through training and setting high standards of excellence.

Key Requirements

• Experience as a Junior Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in fine dining or Michelin-starred restaurants preferred.
• Proven ability to manage a kitchen section.
• Food Hygiene Level 3 preferred.
• Excellent command of English.
• Ability to perform manual handling and heavy lifting as required.
