Junior Sous Chef | Full Time

The Role |

As a Junior Sous Chef, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will be an expert in food quality and standards, using your knowledge to lead, engage, and inspire your team.

About You |

  • You are passionate about supporting your team and helping others excel while maintaining high standards.
  • You are ready to manage the kitchen line, plan shifts, and coach team members on the go.
  • You have an understanding of food, health and safety standards, and are familiar with financial aspects such as gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
  • You love celebrating team success and recognizing individual needs.
