Qualifications

  • 2 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire ou Senior CDP.
  • Volonté de progression au sein de l'opération back-of-house.
  • Familiarité avec les commandes et le contrôle des stocks.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • 2 years + experience in a similar role or as Senior CDP in a high quality kitchen
  • Willingness for progression to the next step within back-of-house operation
  • Confident in all kitchen sections overseeing products quality and their adherence to standards
  • Passion for staff training and development
  • Familiar with ordering and stock control
  • Knowledge of FS and HS regulations and of most common HR practices
