The Megaro Collection welcomes its newest addition, Voyage with Adam Simmonds. Our Scandinavian fine dining restaurant, located in the heart of Kings Cross, opened in January 2025. We invite patrons to explore the culinary prowess of Chef Patron Adam Simmonds. We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic team member to join us on this new journey, aiming to excite and captivate with adventurous flavors and exceptional hospitality.
Voyage with Adam Simmonds aims to provide light, airy, and minimalistic plates with an ambiance that reflects and enhances these sentiments. Our goal is to create an open and welcoming environment where guests can experience fresh, modern dishes inspired by land, sea, and atmosphere.
Recognized as one of the nation's top chefs, double Michelin star Chef Simmonds designs plates inspired by architecture, art, and nature. Drawing on his experience working under Raymond Blanc at Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons and techniques from his first Michelin-starred restaurant Ynshir Hall, Simmonds strives to honor traditional techniques while embracing avant-garde culinary approaches at Voyage. Meticulous attention to detail is essential to inspire in this role.
