Six by Nico in Cardiff is seeking an enthusiastic Junior Sous Chef to join our team. You will work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to supervise the kitchen and coordinate the delivery of high-quality food in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen supervision and coordinating a team.
• Strong knowledge of modern food preparation techniques and food safety.
• Ability to deliver first-class service under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising the team and coordinating delivery of high quality food in a busy kitchen.
• Work with Sous Chef and Head Chef to maintain standards.
• Oversee seasoning, portioning and appearance of dishes.
