Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year of supervisory experience in a similar position
• Self-motivated team player with interpersonal skills required
• Proven ability to lead by example
• Demonstrated superior customer service philosophy required
• Excellent planning, time management, and organisational skills
• Should be able to work and remain calm even under pressure situations, and should be able to address and resolve any relevant issues
• Should be able to work with a diverse range of people and communicate effectively
• High levels of confidence and competence are required

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Head Chef to implement new processes and initiatives, constantly creating new opportunities and recommendations to improve the business
• Oversee staff, aiding with menu preparation, ensuring food quality and freshness, and monitoring ordering and stocking
• Providing meal quality and consistency by following designated recipes
