Junior Sous Chef - Elvis Evolution (ExCel London) | Full-Time / Permanent

£33,000 + excellent benefits including healthcare, wellbeing support, 23 days' annual leave plus bank holidays, life assurance, meals on duty, and more.

We're looking for a dedicated Junior Sous Chef to join our talented culinary team. You'll support exceptional food service for our new immersive experience celebrating the life and work of Elvis Presley - ELVIS EVOLUTION. Based at ExCel London, you'll take full responsibility for kitchen and food preparation areas, assist the Head Chef, supervise the Back of House areas, and more!

Junior Sous Chef - Role Responsibilities
  • Improving in food preparation and presentation
  • Maintaining high food quality standards through tastings and refining techniques
  • Managing the stock take process
  • Assisting in project management for upcoming events
  • Assisting with the preparation of labour planners and staff rotas
  • Providing ongoing support to the Head Chef in managing day-to-day operations, including food cost control, labour cost management, and waste reduction

  • Proven experience as a Chef De Partie/Junior Sous Chef or equivalent role with a strong culinary background
  • Skill in preparing a diverse range of high-quality dishes
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
