Junior Sous Chef – 35k – Evenings Off, Oxfordshire

We are seeking an experienced CDP or Sous Chef for a busy tourist attraction in Oxfordshire. The successful candidate will:

  • Initiate and oversee the production of all meals and preparations for shifts.
  • Ensure the timely provision of quality food.
  • Manage the volume of food produced efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the Food Operations Manager to develop seasonal menus that meet company standards.
  • Supervise kitchen team members and participate in training programs.
  • Handle customer service, team, and health & safety issues promptly.
  • Ensure adherence to rota schedules, punctuality, and uniform standards, including PPE compliance.

Package:

  • Salary: 35K per annum
  • Evenings off
