You'll support the Head Chef in preparing high-quality dishes using fresh ingredients, while benefiting from competitive tips and extensive employee perks. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Support Head Chef and Sous Chef during shifts.
  • Prepare dishes to specification and ensure pantry prep.
  • Ensure kitchen cleanliness and adherence to food safety.

Job description

What you'll bring:

  • You are probably an existing Junior Sous Chef or an experienced Chef looking to take the next step in your career.
  • You will ideally have experience working with fresh ingredients and be able to demonstrate good chef/kitchen skills (food prep hot and cold, cleaning, knife skills, good hygiene practices)
  • Good communication skills and a team player.
  • Self-motivated to work at pace, with limited supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of best practices regarding allergens, kitchen essentials, and food safety.
