A fantastic opportunity has arisen at our client based in Nailsworth for a Junior Sous Chef to work in their busy hotel & restaurant. The hotel features a seasonal restaurant along with weddings and functions. The Head Chef is looking for a career-oriented chef who can assist and manage the restaurant service, preparing a fresh, seasonal menu. The role is 5 days per week with paid overtime. Live-in accommodation can be provided.
