Mitchells & Butlers PLC in Stratford-upon-Avon is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to lead a kitchen section, cook to brand standards and support a cohesive team. You’ll inspire colleagues and ensure every plate reflects our premium quality.

You’ll develop leadership skills, manage stock, and help assure consistent quality across busy shifts. The role offers progression within our premium pub brand portfolio.
