As a Junior Sous Chef at the White Hart, Westerham, you will have a passion for serving great food, training great people, and leaving a smile on our guests' faces. You’ll run a section, ensuring your team works together seamlessly. Do you have what it takes?

- Champion brand standards
- Cook to specifications and meet brand targets
- Support your team to deliver top quality standards each shift
- Manage your own section as a kitchen team leader, developing management and leadership skills
- Assist with stock control and ordering to ensure success
