What You'll Bring
  • Likely an existing Junior Sous Chef or an experienced Chef ready to take the next step in your career
  • Experience working with fresh ingredients and strong chef/kitchen skills (food prep, hot and cold, cleaning, knife skills, good hygiene practices)
  • Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
  • Self-motivated, able to work at pace with limited supervision
  • Strong knowledge of allergen management, kitchen essentials, and food safety standards
