• Existing Junior Sous Chef or experienced Chef looking to progress.
• Experience working with fresh ingredients and demonstrating good skills.
• Strong knowledge of food hygiene practices.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef during shifts.
• Ensuring food prep is done for each day.
• Making each dish to specification.

What you'll bring:

• You are probably an existing Junior Sous Chef or an experienced Chef looking to take the next step in your career.
• You will ideally have experience working with fresh ingredients and be able to demonstrate good chef/kitchen skills (food prep, hot and cold, cleaning, knife skills, good hygiene practices)
• Good communication skills and a team player.
• Self-motivated to work at pace, with limited supervision.
• Strong knowledge of best practices regarding allergens, kitchen essentials, and Food Safety.
