Seaton Lane Inn, part of Inn Collection Group, is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to support the kitchen team and uphold high standards with fresh, quality ingredients. You will work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure consistency and excellence across all kitchen areas.

You'll thrive in fast-paced environments, stay calm under pressure, and contribute to a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Support the smooth operation of the kitchen under the guidance of Senior Chefs.
• Assist in maintaining high standards and using fresh ingredients.
• Help with stock control, supplier orders, and kitchen cleanliness.
• Lead the team when required to ensure a seamless dining experience.
• Collaborate with front-of-house and management teams.

You’ll Fit Right Inn

As Junior Sous Chef, you’ll play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of our kitchen, ensuring every dish reflects our high standards and showcases the best of fresh, quality ingredients. Working closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef, you’ll assist in maintaining consistency and excellence across all areas of the kitchen.

Your role combines hand-on cooking with supporting the team, ensuring service runs smoothly and efficiently. You’ll thrive in fast-paced environments, staying calm under pressure and meeting deadlines with precision. Your strong interpersonal skills will help you build great relationships with colleagues across the kitchen, front-of-house, and management teams.

In addition to cooking, you’ll assist with operational tasks such as stock control, supplier orders, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness. You’ll step up to help lead the team when required, contributing to a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for our guests.
