The Position
Joining our team of talented
chefs, our Junior Sous Chef will support the Senior Sous Chef & Executive
Head Chef by taking an active role within the kitchen inspiring fresh ideas,
devising menus, mentoring & training the rest of the team and keeping
everything running smoothly, no matter how busy service is.
