Mitchells & Butlers plc is seeking a Junior Sous Chef for Orleans Smokehouse. You will run a kitchen section, ensure teams work as one, and uphold brand standards while cooking to spec and supporting your chef team.

Qualifications

• Experience as a chef, preferably at junior sous level.
• Ability to lead a kitchen section and manage a team.
• Commitment to brand standards and consistent quality.

• Cook to brand specifications and targets.
• Support the chefs and deliver top-quality standards each shift.
• Run your own section and develop leadership skills.
• Assist with stock control and ordering to ensure kitchen readiness.
