As Junior Sous Chef, you will support our Head Chef and Sous Chef in keeping the kitchen running smoothly. This is a great opportunity to learn more about stock taking, rotas, and general kitchen admin. This is a high-volume, high-end restaurant, so fast-paced experience and a serious passion for great food are essential.
