Junior Sous Chef

Location: City Thameslink
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Pay Rate: £17.10 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes.
• Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards.
• Manage and support junior kitchen staff, ensuring efficient service.
• Contribute creative ideas for menus and specials.
• Oversee kitchen operations in the absence of senior chefs.
