What you will bring to the role:

  • Previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef within a new opening or high-profile restaurant/hotel
  • Assist the Sous Chef in food preparation, ensuring high-quality meals are delivered promptly
  • Properly measure kitchen ingredients and food portions
  • Ensure kitchen staff adhere to standards, procedures, department rules, and sanitation requirements
  • Use kitchen equipment such as grills, ovens, steamers, and warmers
  • Keep the workstation and kitchen equipment clean, organized, and sanitized
  • Maintain kitchen health and safety standards

Opening in summer 2025, this new restaurant will be located in Mayfair and aims to elevate the seafood offering in London.

Staying true to provenance and focusing on quality, it aims to deliver a memorable and sophisticated dining experience.

Featuring an open kitchen and a wood-fired grill, it will offer seafood and a raw bar on the ground floor, along with a 104-cover restaurant area, a cocktail bar, and an 18-cover Private Dining Room on the lower level.
