Are you passionate about food ,drink and service ,want to be part of an award-winning hospitality team- and still make it home for dinner? We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join our team in London.

Location: Royal College of Pathologists, 6 Alie Street, London, E1 8QT

Rate of Pay: £37,000 per annum

Working Pattern: Variable shift pattern due to nature of event with some Saturdays/Sundays when required

Key Responsibilities:

• To invent and create menus that are in line with client and customer needs
• To produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service to the customers
• To enjoy the food you produce and ensure they are ‘picture perfect’ every time
• To assist in developing and producing new service styles and food concepts
• To communicate with the relevant parties requirements for planned menus and
order necessary ingredients
