I am looking for a Junior Sous Chef to work in this newly opened restaurant in Central London.

Candidates must be used to working in:

  1. Fast-paced kitchen environment
  2. 2/3 AA Rosette standard cuisine
  3. Classical and modern techniques
  4. Managing a 20-chef brigade
  5. Working under a Michelin-renowned owner
  6. 7 shifts per week over 5 days
