Our Junior Sous Chefs are a fundamental part of the team, ensuring our dishes are served to the highest standard, keeping our teams motivated, and deputising in the absence of the Sous Chef.

Please note that due to the nature of the industry, you will be required to work on a shift basis on a rota basis.
