What you will do:

  • Working with Head Chef to manage daily kitchen activities, including overseeing the team, assisting with menu preparation, ensuring food quality and freshness, and monitoring ordering and stock rotation
  • Ensures quality and consistency by following designated recipes
  • Provide guidance to junior chefs, including but not limited to, cooking, food preparation, and plating dishes
  • Oversees and organises kitchen stock and ingredients
  • Ensures a stock rotation system and verifies all food products are properly dated and organised for quality assurance

Who you are:

  • Formal culinary training
  • Previous experience in a five-star hotel or fine dining restaurant
