You will work with fresh produce to prepare meals for the restaurant and functions, run service in the Head Chef's absence, and manage the kitchen brigade. The ideal candidate will have experience in a busy kitchen and be capable of working independently. This role offers a salary up to £35k plus tips and live-in accommodation if relocating.

Our client is a luxury & busy Country Hotel in the Newmarket area who are recruiting a Junior Sous Chef. You will be working with all fresh produce to prepare a la carte restaurant meals as well as weddings and functions. You will be part of a busy kitchen team and manage service, encouraging junior chefs in the Executive Chef's absence. The role is 45 hours per week, and staff accommodation is available.
