Hawksmoor Knightsbridge in London is inviting applications for a Junior Sous Chef. You’ll work with exceptional produce from top suppliers and alongside a team led by Executive Chef Matt Brown.

The group is renowned for sustainability and charity work, with a focus on training and a five-stage management development programme, ensuring you grow as part of a leading steak restaurant.

Junior Sous Chef

We are very excited to be recruiting for a Junior Sous Chef. To be considered, you’ll have experience already working as a Sous Chef in a kitchen that cares about the food it sends out.

You’ll be working with amazing produce from some of the best suppliers in the country. Alongside talented chefs led by Executive Chef Matt Brown.
