Job Opportunity: Junior Sous Chef

A Junior Sous Chef position is available at a multi-outlet Spa Hotel located in Melton Mowbray. As Junior Sous Chef, you will assist the senior staff in organising, monitoring, and training a brigade of 16 chefs. The hotel serves over 100 covers daily in its restaurant, offering healthy, fresh food dishes. It also features a busy function and banqueting department and is a popular wedding venue. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Sous Chef eager to work in a dynamic, high-volume environment with opportunities for growth and development.

Requirements:

The Head Chef is seeking a passionate Junior Sous Chef who is committed to working in a fast-paced, quality kitchen. Previous experience in high-volume, fresh food kitchens and strong organisational skills are essential.
