Job description

Role: Junior Sous Chef

Salary: £29,400 per annum plus overtime & service charge

Hours: 40 per week

We are seeking a Junior Sous Chef to grow within our Chef Brigade at Carden Park Hotel, following internal promotions.

This is a great opportunity to learn from award-winning chefs.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes for our various restaurants
  • Supporting menu development with fresh, seasonal ideas
  • Ensuring food quality in taste, presentation, and portion control
  • Maintaining food safety and sanitation standards, keeping the kitchen clean and organized

This is a full-time role of 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.

Salary: £29,400 plus benefits and staff perks.
