Job Role

  • Assist the Head Chef in supervising kitchen staff and coordinating daily kitchen activities.
  • Oversee food preparation and ensure that all dishes meet quality standards before serving.
  • Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in accordance with health regulations.
  • Help with menu planning, including the creation of new recipes and seasonal specials.
  • Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and ensuring proper storage of ingredients.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Participate in food production, ensuring timely service during peak hours.
  • Conduct regular inspections of kitchen equipment to ensure functionality and cleanliness.
