Qualifications

  • Expérience en cuisine, idéalement en tant que Junior Sous Chef.
  • Compétences en préparation alimentaire (chaud et froid).
  • Bonne connaissance des pratiques de sécurité alimentaire et d'allergènes.

Responsibilities

  • Soutenir le Chef de Cuisine et le Sous Chef dans la livraison des repas.
  • Assurer la préparation quotidienne des plats selon les spécifications.

Job description

What you'll bring:

  • You are probably an existing Junior Sous Chef or an experienced Chef looking to take the next step in your career.
  • You will ideally have experience working with fresh ingredients and demonstrate good chef/kitchen skills (food prep hot and cold, cleaning, knife skills, good hygiene practices)
  • Good communication skills and a team player.
  • Self-motivated to work at pace, with limited supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of best practices regarding allergens, kitchen essentials, and Food Safety.
