Job summary

Bill in Brighton is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to help create a vibrant kitchen atmosphere and ensure superb service with fresh dishes throughout the day.

You will lead by example with strong organisational skills and a calm, capable approach to running your section and inspiring your team. We offer an industry-leading pay package, flexible hours, and clear opportunities for career progression and training.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as junior sous chef or in a similar kitchen role.
• Ability to lead and train staff.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
