Join Our Team as a Junior Sous Chef

In this role, you'll support the Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver 14 great shifts, ensuring prep work is completed and each dish is made to specification.

What You'll Bring
  • Experience as a Junior Sous Chef or an experienced Chef ready to take the next step
  • Experience working with fresh ingredients and strong chef/kitchen skills (food prep, hot and cold, cleaning, knife skills, hygiene practices)
  • Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
  • Self-motivated, able to work at pace with limited supervision
  • Strong knowledge of allergen management, kitchen essentials, and Food Safety standards
