A leading hospitality group in Bangor is looking for a Junior Sous Chef to support the Head Chef and Sous Chef. You will be responsible for delivering shifts, ensuring all prep is completed, and adhering to specifications in food preparation. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in kitchen skills, food safety, and a passion for cooking with fresh ingredients.
