Junior Sous and Sous Chef Worcestershire Luxury Hotel - 4 Day Working Week

A Junior Sous and Sous Chef is required for this gorgeous luxury hotel set to open in a stunning location in the Worcestershire countryside.

Unfortunately, this role does not offer sponsorship, and we can only accept applications from candidates with the right to work in the UK.

The fine dining restaurant offers seasonal a la carte menus focusing on only the best ingredients available in the region.

You must have worked as a Junior Sous or Sous Chef in a similar standard establishment, and without this experience, your application unfortunately can't be considered.

You will be working from a brand new, state of the art kitchen, and will be able to enjoy excellent facilities as you continue your career.

They are looking for a Junior Sous and Sous Chef with a background in high-end restaurants to join the team and help ensure the smooth running of the kitchen.

Responsibilities:
  • Work under a talented Head Chef within a professional kitchen
  • Be working across all sections as required; as Sous Chef, your role will be to liaise closely with the Head Chef and provide a link to the other chefs in the brigade, ensuring everyone is working to an exceptional standard at all times
  • Be expected to have good creative flair and a real passion for your work
  • Work within an experienced and very busy brigade
